Protecting your data is central to how The Wedding Studio Manager is built. Below is a summary of the security measures we have in place.
Encryption in transit & at rest
All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Databases and file storage are encrypted at rest, so your studio data is protected even where it is stored.
Secure authentication
Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Sessions are protected and you can log out of all devices at any time.
Isolated, per-account data
Each studio's data is isolated so only you and the people you invite can see your bookings, leads, contacts and financials. Other users cannot access your records.
Least-privilege access
Access to production systems is tightly restricted and logged. Only a small number of trusted team members can reach infrastructure, and every action is audited.
Backups & data export
Your data is backed up regularly so it can be recovered if needed. You can also export your bookings, leads and financials as CSV files at any time, so you are never locked in.
Payment security via Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. Your card details never touch our servers — they are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
